34 Days Post Resolve

I have been neglecting my journal...

Work is finally busy, and my personal life is filling up quick. It is hard to juggle my time... *evil smile

I have been doing well lately. The tingle comes and goes. I had the tingle yesterday, and today it went away. I know that LOVE, who tested NEGATIVE after using Resolve said that she had the tingles even after completing Resolve. She woke up on the 41st day and noticed that the tingles were gone... they never came back. I am praying that this is the case for me. I have several ladies lined up... but I do want to be clear that I have learned my lesson!!!

So, besides the occasional tingle, I am doing well. I do want to point something out, which may have nothing to do with Resolve. This week was my first period since Resolve. I had it the very last week of Resolve, but this is my first true period since. I had the worse cramps ever!!! I was so exhausted and moody 2 weeks before my period, and that lasted until the second day after I started. I have never experienced a period like that before. I hope this does not continue going forward.

If my tingle goes away for multiple days at a time, I will be testing on March 9th, which is 45 days post Resolve. I will then test again 90 days post Resolve, whether I test POSITIVE or NEGATIVE.

I hope everyone is doing well. I truly believe that Resolve will work if you have had HSV less than a year.

25 Days Post Resolve

Just stopping by to update my journal now that I am 25 days post Resolve. My tingly is gone!!! I can still feel where the tingle was, but it is not tingling anymore... if that makes any sense. I am hoping that in another week or so I will not be able to tell where the tingle once was. This is great news, because I had that continuous tingle for months. If you follow my journal you will know that I believe it was nerve damage where I was infected with HSV. I emailed Resolve about it and they believe the same thing.

The rash on my top lip must have been the Mango allergic reaction because it went away and I have not had any issues thus far. No more Mango's for me!!!

I feel great... No symptoms at all!!!

I want to mention that someone who tested 90 days post Resolve just took her blood test and she is now NEGATIVE... this is major news!!! I am so excited for her and now have hope. Here is her Pin in case your curious:

I will continue to update my progress as necessary, or if anything new occurs. I will be taking a 45 day post Resolve test on March 9th, and then again 90 days post Resolve.

17 Days Post Resolve

Sorry that I have not posted in a while, I have been a little emotional the past few days dealing with having HSV2. I guess it never hit me until I tested POSITIVE again the other day. I know that the test was right after Step 3, but I guess I had a little faith that since my numbers were originally low that maybe it was a false positive.

Last week I had another rash on my top lip. This was the second time that I had this same rash on my top lip, and each time was after eating a Mango the night before. Techie did some research and I followed up with what she provided me with and it turns out that the Mango's skin is in the same family as Poison. I was highly allergic to Poison when I was little. I remember I had it so bad one time that I couldn't walk. I had it between my thighs and all over my forearms. After reading this article, and there are many others out there, I was surprised to know that I am allergic to the one fruit that I love. I never ate fresh Mango's before. I usually get it in a drink format. These two instances were the first time that I ever ate fresh Mangos. In brief, anyone allergic to poison should avoid Mangos. Here are two interesting articles if your curious:

So besides the rash, and let me say that I am so happy that I know what is causing it, I am doing OK. I still have the minor tingle. I will say that each day the tingle fades. I really hope that this means that the nerve damage from the site of infection is being repaired, so Resolve told me.

I have started back with martial arts, and have been jogging a lot. I am trying to get my body back into shape and pray that Resolve cures me. As I stated earlier, I have been an emotional wreck lately, which is so not like me. It is so hard to try to not let H define me and live a normal life, but in reality, how can you date and try to live a normal life when you know that you cannot have sex with the person. It seems like a waste of time to me. I had to breakup with a really nice girl last night, I just met her and really started to like her, but she wanted to have sex and what am I suppose to do? I had to play the role of I want to wait until the right time. Well, sorry to say, some people find that rather annoying. I ended it with her because I do not want to deal with finding new excuses everyday.

Anyway, that is pretty much it for my updates. Just hoping the tingle goes away and my life returns to normal. I have truly grown up since having H...
