Resolve Is A Scam!!!

It has happened to me... I met an amazing woman who I am falling for, and she asks me to take a full STD test before we have any type of oral sex. I figured, sure no problem. I just knew I would be fine.

I went and got my blood drawn last Tuesday, and I got my results in today. I tested Positive on the Antibody test for HSV2.

No, I was not reinfected. Resolve just wants you to believe that so that you take more of their product and keep your mouth shut, and they can continue making money off their product.

How can I test Negative, on three different tests, and then turn around a few months later and test Positive on that same damn test? WTF Did Resolve do to trick the test?

I am so emotional, and at a loss of words right now.

The only positive thing of it all, is that I like this girl so much that I told her everything. She likes me so much that she wants to still be with me. She said that we can get through this together. Unlike Resolve, there are some good people in the world.

Please do not purchase Resolve.

Checking In...

I just wanted to check in since I have not been around for a while. I needed some time to take this all in. The more I forget about all of this, the more my nerve damage seems to heal. Like I told someone in the Hub, I think most of this is mental. It is kind of like when you think hard about your back itching... just think about it long and hard and say it over and over, that your back itches. Well, eventually it starts to itch. It is like your mind zooms in on a spot on your back that itches. I think a lot of the symptoms are worse because we are consumed by it. The past week I have not checked my Journal or Hub and my nerve damage feels a lot better.

My Gyno said that she had to get the other doctors to sign off on the test results, for my Western Blot, and she would call me when they are ready to be picked up. Work was a nightmare this week, so I have not had the chance to hound her about not calling me back. I will call her and tell her to send the results to me. I will scan and post it as soon as I have it in my hands.

So I had sex the other night... I was messing with this girl since October, right when I was diagnosed. I never let her touch me down south, and always made excuses so she wouldn't get mad about it. Well, she finally got her shot the other night. I guess it was worth the wait. LOL I am still so freaking scared that for some reason Resolve, the product not the company, did something to alter my results... to make me look cured. I know it is not true, but I cannot help but to be so nervous. She is such a good friend to me... I guess I still have not accepted that I am cured.

I guess I will end this post by saying thank you to everyone who sent me emails thanking me for Blogging my journey, and being an inspiration to them. It really means a lot to me. For those who sent me emails recently, I will email you my response sometime today. I needed a breather from everything.

Be strong and know that there is a cure out there... keep fighting!!!

I Am Officially Herpes Free!!!!

I just received a call from my Gyno with wonderful news... my Western Blot test came back Negative!!!!

I feel so sick and emotional right now. I am at work trying to hold it all in, but I feel like I am going to explode any moment now. I can finally move on with my life!!!

My Gyno said that the other doctors have to sign off on the results before I can pick them up, but once they are available for pickup, I will scan them and post them on my Blog.

For those who have been following my Blog, I will continue to update it, but not as often. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email me.

I still have the nerve damage, and hope that it does not take over a year to go away. I say over a year because someone told me that sometimes it can take over a year for the nerve and tissue to heal.

I tested Negative on all three Herpes test... I need a hug!!!

Still Waiting...

I have not heard from my Gyno about my Western Blot test results. The University of Washington, who does the actual test, only does them a few days out of the week. I should have my results back any day. I called my Gyno to follow up on my results this evening, we shall see.

I really wish that I did not take the Western Blot now. I am so afraid of what the results will be. I am so happy to test Negative on the standard IgG test, that I am not sure what I would do if the Western Blot comes back Positive. I'm guessing that I would take another IgG and if that is Negative, again, I will move on with my life. That is the so called "Gold Standard" FDA Approved test.

I have been so moody the past two days. I have so much stress right now waiting for my results. I cannot believe that it takes this long to get my results back. I just want to move on with my life.

I will post the moment that I receive the call with my results... please pray for me. I want my 3rd and final test to be another Negative.

An Email to the Girl Who Infected Me...

Today I decided to email the girl who "infected" me with HSV2 to let her know about Resolve and how it cured me. I still have a lot of anger towards her, and always told myself that I wanted nothing to do with her. Now that I am cured, I decided to let her know about Resolve in hopes of her curing herself.

She emailed me back claiming that she never had HSV. She originally admitted to me that she had HPV, which gave her cervical cancer, and informed me that her HPV is now gone. I never knew that you could cure HPV? I think she is still in denial.

Anyway, I just wanted to dig deep within my heart to let her know that their is hope out there. She can remain in denial and spread it on to others, but it does feel good to know that I reached out to her, and for the fact that... I AM CURED!!!

Off to begin my first weekend, free... of that horrible virus!!!

Copy of My Negative PCR and IgG Test Results

I scanned these this evening... and of course blacked out my personal info.

PCR Result:

IgG Result:

Here is a print screen from tstd.org of my Positive IgG test that I took in January 2009:

Clarification on Taking Vitamins

Someone in the Hub asked me if I took the vitamins that I suggested during my Resolve treatment. To be clear, I only took the vitamins, Immune Builder, and Pro Biotic during my 90 days Post Resolve. Here is what I pulled from Resolve's website:

You must NOT have any vitamin C when you take the mineral detox at lease 45 minutes before or after you take the mineral dose. If you mix it with juice rather than water, then make sure the juice does not have any natural or added vitamin C. Check the label, though, to make sure the juice manufacturer did not add vitamin C.

Tons of Questions Coming In...

Before I begin to answer any questions, I want to post that I picked up my test results this afternoon and will scan them later tonight. Look for my test results later this evening. I am still waiting on my Western Blot result.

I have received numerous emails containing questions that people have, so here is my attempt at answering them. Please note that I am not a doctor, nor do I work for Resolve. I am giving "My Opinion" on Resolve and Herpes.

OK, here it goes:

1. In your last post, you said that Resolve works best on people who have been infected for shorter periods of time. I was wondering how you know this, since I'm now thinking Resolve won't work for me since I've been infected for a long time. Did the Resolve people tell you this or do you know someone with an old infection that tried Resolve without good results?

I guess I should have been more clear in what I stated in my last post. Please remember that I am not a doctor, nor do I work for Resolve. For those who do not know, there is a Herpes Hub http://hubpages.com/hub/Herpes_Cure where you can meet other Herpes Sufferers who not only have taken Resolve, but have taken other approaches to curing themselves. My statement was based off other people that I met from the Hub. It "seems" as though the people who are cured on the first try have not had Herpes long. In my opinion, I think that Resolve can cure people who have had Herpes for a longer period, but I think that it takes more than one treatment.

Some people on the Hub who had Herpes for a longer period have taken additional doses of Resolve, which Resolve calls Booster treatments. Some people completed the Booster and have still tested Positive.

I also think that Resolve works best on someone with a strong immune system. In order to fight the virus, you must have a strong immune system. I also believe that some people need a stronger dose of Resolve, or to take it for a longer period of time. I think that this is based off your weight and how long you have had Herpes.

Again, this is just my personal opinion. I do think that Resolve will work for people who have had it for a long period, but I think it may take them longer to be cured. I know that Resolve has altered their formula, so perhaps that is what is needed for those long term sufferers.

I will also add that if you test Positive after waiting your 90 days post Resolve, Resolve will work with you until you test Negative. Some people chose to continue on with Resolve after testing Positive, and some believe that Resolve will not work for them and chose to not take any additional doses. I know a few people who took additional doses and still tested Positive. I just want to be honest here, but do your own research. Who knows if those people reinfected themselves or did not take Resolve properly.

2. Did you take the first kit of Resolve with 3 steps or 2
steps?

I took the first kit, which consisted of 3 Steps. I heard that the new 2 step process is stronger and will have better results... again, this is just speculation.

3. What did you eat and drink while taking Resolve?

I eat pretty healthy, even before Resolve. I primarily shop at Whole Foods. I do eat a lot of sweets, and did so while on Resolve. I also continued drinking beer while on Resolve. Often I would get so depressed that I would chase my Resolve dose with a Beer. LOL As I stated in a previous post, I did do a two week no sugar, and no coffee diet. If you could cut sugar and coffee out of your diet the entire Resolve process, I think that would be extremely beneficial.

4. How long did you have HSV2 before you started Resolve?

I believe that I was infected with HSV2 in June 2008, and started Resolve in December 2008.

5. How much did you weigh while on Resolve?

I weigh around 112lbs.

6. Did you have any symptoms post Resolve, even now?

The only symptom that I still have is a needle prick feeling on the spot of where I was infected with HSV2. When I was infected, I got two boils down south. When they healed, they left a scar. That scar has always had a needle prick feeling, which Resolve is claiming is nerve damage that will eventually heal on it's own. During my 90 day wait, I had the tingles. For more info on my symptoms, read my posts from when I was on Resolve.

7. Did you take a booster or extension from Resolve?

I still had the tingles when I finished Resolve, so I decided to take the 4 day extension. No booster.

I hope that this answered everyone's questions. My intentions are not to scare anyone, but I do want to mention one thing that I am not sure that I have stated before. Be aware that some people who never had any OB's before taking Resolve, now have OB's. A few people from the Hub have made this claim, and I wanted to mention this for those considering Resolve.

Again, this is my opinion... good luck to those who decide to take the Resolve path, and to those currently chugging those chlorine shots!!!

I am speachless...

Let me first start this Journal entry by saying "Thank You" to everyone who has sent me emails and comments to help lift my spirit. I have tried to remain positive about Resolve, and often fell down... but I got right back up, fighting.

This has been so hard for me. To go from a germ-a-phob, to someone who made a poor decision and became infected with HSV2, to someone who has been cured of Herpes... what a journey. I have been given a second chance.

For those out there who are currently on Resolve, on their 90 day post Resolve wait, or someone who is interested in Resolve, just have faith that it will work for you. Do your research and decide whether you want to do this or not. Based off what I know, Resolve seems to have better results for those who have not been infected long. I believe that our immune systems have a huge factor in whether you are cured or not. Whatever you decide, do not give up. Keep fighting!!! If Resolve does not work for you, do not give up.

I was sitting here thinking of some of the things that I have done that may have helped me beat this virus and came up with a few things.

1. Drink 60 ounces or more of water, per day. Flush that damn virus out!!!
2. I did a two week no sugar, no caffeine diet. I believe that this allowed my immune system to work harder at fighting the virus. The benefit from this is that I can now drink my coffee with no sugar. I use to be the girl who sat there for 20 seconds while the sugar escaped the glass container.
3. While on Resolve I stopped using deodorant. Trust me, you can do it too! I use to work out and smell so funky. LOL After Resolve released all of the toxins from my body, I just use an all natural deodorant. I no longer smell after a hard workout. This will also help women prevent breast cancer.
4. Exercise often. This will help you relieve some of the stress having Herpes has given you and also it will help your overall health, which in the end will allow you to fight the virus.
5. Try to remove yourself from extremely stressful situations. This is the key to your cure!!!
6. Do not think that every single bump or rash is a HSV OB. If you have followed my Journal, you will see that I did this a few times. I had an allergic reaction to Mango's, and of course I blamed it on HSV. Try to remain positive and fight the virus.
7. I recommend everyone take a multi vitamin and an immune builder. I also took a Pro Biotic. You can search my Journal for the brands that I used. I posted that info a while back.
8. Do not have sex!!! It does not matter if your using a condom... just stop it. I have not let anyone touch me down south since my Positive test results in October. I have messed around, but I never let anyone touch me. I am so glad this will now change. =)

If I can think of any other tips, I will post them. Also, as soon as I get a copy of my test results from my Gyno, I will scan them and post a copy.

Note, I am still waiting for my Western Blot test results. I am not sure what I would do if they come back Positive. I will remain Positive and go with the flo...

Adios... I am Negative!!!

I'M NEGATIVE!!!

OMFG... MY IgG HERPES SELECT ANTIBODY TEST CAME BACK NEGATIVE.... OMFG I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. MY IgG HERPES SELECT TEST CAME BACK < .90 NEGATIVE!!!

Blood Drawn... The Wait Begins

I took the Western Blot and the IgG tests today. The PCR via Blood came up Negative, so this is a good way to see whether the PCR is accurate or not.

My Gyno is still not sure how the PCR via Blood works, and says she has no clue how they could test for the virus through blood. She claims that the virus never enters the blood, even when it is shedding, so she does not understand how that test works, via Blood. If anyone has any accurate info on how the PCR via Blood detects HSV, please send me that info.

As soon as I hear something, whether good or bad, I will be posting my results.

For the person who asked me if they could email me, here is my email address:
fighter2312@gmail.com

If the two Antibody tests come back Positive, do I truly have HSV, or should I go by the PCR test, which supposedly detects the actual virus? When HSV is cured, what happens to the Antibodies? Do they really die off, or will they always remain in our bodies? I hate that I am relying on such tests to determine if I actually have the virus.

Wish me luck...

Western Blot and the IgG Tests Tomorrow...

I think I have caught someone's attention... LOL

Someone who works for my Gyno has called me twice since my results. I am so happy to find someone at my Gyno office who is interested in what I have been doing to cure my HSV2. I called my Gyno on Friday to see if she can change my test that I am taking tomorrow from the IgG test, to the Western Blot test. Someone from her office called me back today and we spoke for over an hour about Resolve and many other things. She even called me back a second time to ask me more questions. She said she was researching Resolve over the weekend, and was thinking about the tests that I have requested. She informed me that her office has never heard of the PCR via Blood, and also of the Western Bot test. She said that she was on the phone with Quest Lab and Lab Corp requesting info on the Western Blot. Lab Corp had no clue what the Western Blot was, and Quest stated that they would send the blood to the University of Washington, but it is not an FDA approved HSV test. I asked her if she could go ahead and do both the IgG test and the Western Blot test. I am going to have to pay for the Western Blot, but she claims that my insurance will cover the IgG test. That is perfectly fine with me. I want to know if I am truly H free or not, and if I am I have done the only 3 accurate tests out there to prove myself. So tomorrow I go and take an IgG test and a Western Blot test.

Just so everyone knows... once I get these results back, I will post all three tests online (PCR, IgG, and the Western Blot).

I am so nervous to get my results back. I have truly caught my Gyno offices eye, and I really hope that my results come back Negative so that they can see that there is a cure out there. I asked her what she will do if both tests come back Negative, and she said she is not sure, but she does hope that the press hears about Resolve so that others can be cured. She said she doesn't understand why if this is a real cure, it is not all over the news. I told her that the pharmaceutical companies would then lose alot of money on Valtrex prescriptions. She also keeps saying that maybe I had a False Positive. I am going to give her my tstd.org pin number to prove to her that I did in fact have HSV2. For those who do not know, I tested (IgG) after Step 1 of Resolve just to see where my numbers where, and also for a second validation that I truly do have HSV2.

That spot where I was infected with HSV2 had the needle prick this weekend so I thought I would see what would happen if I put some Vagisil on it, and it went away. Not sure what is going on, but it went away. My Gyno said if both test come back Negative that she is going to run some other tests to see if I have some bacteria thing going on.

Well, wish me luck. I have been chugging this water down, and my stomach looks like a balloon. Since these two tests are checking for HSV Antibodies, I am trying to flush any dead virus, or Antibodies that I can out of my system before my tests tomorrow.

I want to mention one more thing... today at work I was reading one of the Hubs and also my HSV Journal and I had a problem with my network connection. So the ITA guy came over to see what was going on and he opened my Firefox window and was looking at my history. I almost freaked out... I really hope that he did not see that because you could clearly see the Herpes in the address. It is kind of funny, but it is not funny if he goes and tells everyone. hmmmmm For all he knows I could have been surfing that site for a family member or a friend. errrrrrr

Off to Martial Arts class...

PCR TEST NEGATIVE!!!!!

I AM FREAKING OUT OVER HERE... MY PCR TEST CAME BACK:

NEGATIVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I HAD IT DONE THROUGH MY GYNO OFFICE AND SHE WAS SPEECHLESS. SHE NEVER HEARD OF RESOLVE AND SAID THE PCR TEST IS NOT ACCURATE UNLESS DONE THROUGH SPINAL FLUID. SHE REQUESTED THAT I GET THE iGg ANTIBODY TEST DONE ON TUESDAY. I GAVE HER THE RESOLVE SITE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND SHE THEN CLAIMED THAT MAYBE I HAD A FALSE POSITIVE. I TOLD HER THAT I WENT THROUGH TSTD.ORG HALFWAY THROUGH MY RESOLVE DETOX AND I HAVE THE PIN TO PROVE THAT I DID IN FACT HAVE HERPES. SHE SAID THAT THE ANTIBODY TEST ON TUESDAY WILL BE FINAL PROOF.

I AM SHAKING OVER HERE BECAUSE I AM NOT SURE IF THE PCR VIA BLOOD IS AN ACCURATE TEST OR NOT. I WANT TO BE HAPPY, BUT I AM AFRAID MY IgG ANTIBODY TEST WILL COME BACK POSITIVE.

SORRY, I JUST REALIZED THAT I HAVE MY CAPS ON.

ANYWAY, MY PCR TEST RESULTS SHOW THAT I DO NOT HAVE HERPES ANYMORE... TIME TO GET DRUNK!!!

MAYBE THAT NEEDLE PRICK FEELING WHERE MY BOIL WAS TRULY IS NERVE DAMAGE. HMMMMM

I AM AT A LOSS OF WORDS RIGHT NOW... I WONDER IF THE PCR VIA BLOOD TEST IS REALLY AN ACCURATE WAY TO TEST FOR HERPES.

AM I REALLY HERPES FREE?

PCR TEST COMPLETE!!!

Well, I did it. I decided on the PCR test since it brought NEGATIVE results to two others from the Hub. I called my Gyno yesterday and left a voice mail for her to call me back because I wanted to see if she could submit a prescription for the DNA PCR test by Blood, and they called me back this morning. The Gyno office called Lab Corp to get more info because they did not hear of the HSV DNA PCR test via Blood. It is normally done through spinal fluid or a swab. Lab Corp recently started doing the test by Blood. So they confirmed with Lab Corp and said that I can come to the Gyno office and they will get a blood sample and send it off to Lab Corp. The cool thing is that my insurance covers it. Guess I can go buy those True Religion Jeans that I wanted. HEHE

Anyway, so my Gyno's office pretty much said that they will do whatever test that I request, and also sounded like they know that I still have HSV and if I want this test, then they will do it. I pray that the results come back NEGATIVE... then I can throw it in their face.

So I went to the Gyno office, and the funny thing is that Quest Lab was doing the blood work. HAHA Quest Lab does not offer the DNA PCR test, so they will send it off to Lab Corp. When I arrived the lady said that this test cannot be done via Blood. She opened her Lab Corp test book and showed me, and I told her that her book is out of date and I pulled out my iPhone and showed her the Lab Corp site where it states that the test can be done via Blood. I am a little cocky, but hey... So she decided to call Lab Corp because she also needed to know how much blood to draw, and what temperature to store it at. She was really nice, and I skilled her on all the HSV tests out there.

So the count down is on. I am so nervous right now. I waited for this moment for months now, and now that the time has arrived, I feel sick to my stomach. I am so scared that I still have Herpes, and I am not prepared for more bad news. I am not sure if I want more detox, but then again, if I do not take more Resolve, where do I go next. At least before, I had something to look forward to. I knew I would soon be cured. So if I am not... what do I look forward to?

OK, I will try and be positive, but I still have this thing in the back of my head saying that Resolve is a scam. I have no new updates. I went through my period with no symptoms at all. Before Resolve, I always had tingles before, during, and after my period. Today I feel that needle prick on the spot of infection. I have no clue WTF is going on, but I will know soon enough. Is it really nerve damage, or is it really still HERPES?

For those who do not know what the HSV DNA PCR test is... from what I understand is that the test detects the virus in the Blood and if found, it will give the type of HSV found. This is better than the typical IgG test, because the IgG test checks for the HSV Antibody, and not the actual virus. Here is some good info on the test (sorry, the hyperlinks were not working):

HSV PCR is a single test that both detects the presence of HSV DNA and determines which type is present in the positive samples. There is no mechanism, therefore, for testing for HSV-1 without simultaneously testing for HSV-2.

My girlfriend came over last night and we were lying down and watching a movie on cable. All the sudden a Herpes commercial came on for Valtrex. My surround sound is really loud, so there was no way around her not hearing it. LOL It was a long commercial too... well at least it felt like an hour to me. After the commercial she said, do you think there is really a cure out there. I paused, and said I am sure there is a cure for anything, but it is probably an all natural cure, or a cure where your body can do it based off your diet. She agreed, and I changed the subject. I pray that I am cured so I can have my normal life back... I hate lying!!!

The results will probably take a week, so as soon as I get them back I will update everyone... whether good or bad. OK, I need to get my head straight and get back to work... please pray for me.

93 Days Post Resolve... The Time Has Come

Sorry that I have not updated my journal in a while... work has been very demanding. Also the beautiful weather has arrived and I cannot think of anything else but being outside.

On Wednesday, April 22nd, which was 89 days Post Resolve, I woke up and felt different. For those who have been following my journal, a while back I woke up and my area down below shrunk. I am not sure if anyone remembers the day when that occurred, but I did post it in my journal so feel free to get details as to what I am referring to. Anyway, the same thing happened again on the 22nd. Also, I have always had that needle prick feeling on the spot of where I was infected with H, which I believe to be nerve damage. Well, since the 22nd, that needle prick/tingle whatever you want to call it, has went away. Someone told me that Vitamin E, I believe they said it was Vitamin E, helps heal nerve damage. I have been taking a strong dose of vitamins, so I am not sure if that helped or it healed on it's own. I hope that I am not jinxing myself here, but on 89 days Post Resolve, everything disappeared.

I emailed Resolve and Dave told me that I should get the Western Blot done. I was really looking forward to getting the test done on my 90th day, which was April 23rd, but between work and my personal life, I have not had time for much else. Dave told me that Quest Labs does Western Blot Tests now and that if I need a prescription he may be able to help me out. I am going to call Quest Lab tomorrow to see what I need to do to get this test done ASAP. If I need a prescription, I will give Dave a call and go from there. I have done a lot of research on the Western Blot and think this is the best test out there.

That is all for my updates. I will post as soon as I find out more info on the Western Blot test. I will not be posting my pin number before I test. I heard of people altering test results, so I will keep it confidential. As soon as the results are in, whether good or bad, I will post my pin number. I am not sure if Quest Lab gives you a pin number like tstd, but if they do, I will post it after the results are in. If they do not, and my results are NEGATIVE, I will scan the results and post them online. Wish me luck...

74 Days Post Resolve

The count down is on... I have 16 more days until I test, which is 90 days post Resolve. On April 23rd I should be H free!!! So Resolve claims...

I have nothing new going on since my last post. I have no tingles, but when I wear tight jeans, the spot where I was infected with H feels uncomfortable. I still believe I have nerve damage on the spot where I was infected with H. I have not been wearing fitted jeans so nothing at all is going on down below. Hopefully the nerve damage will be repaired as time goes by.

I have decided not to post my Pin number for my test results. I have heard a lot about people altering test results if you once tested Positive. I will post my Pin as soon as my results come in, whether Positive or Negative. If I do test Negative, I am going to see my Gyno and get a second test done for a peace of mind... and of course to throw it in my doctors face, since they claim H cannot be cured.

Sorry that I have not posted much lately. I have decided to give the Hub a break. I got so sick of certain people on the Hub, so I have not read it in weeks. Hopefully someone will email me if anything important occurs. Also, my personal life is very busy right now.

That is it for today... the count down is on and I really hope that Resolve works for me. I am not certain that I would take a second round.

Hope everyone is doing well...

61 Days Post Resolve

I wanted to post today to let everyone know that I am going to wait it out to test. My 90 days post Resolve is on April 23rd. There is really no urgency to test right now, and with the 23rd only 29 days away, I figured that I might as well wait it out. Sorry if I disappointed anyone, but hey... the 23rd is right around the corner.

There is nothing new to report. I want to mention one thing... this may be nothing, but every so often I get a little discomfort down below. The tingle is still gone from the last time that I posted that it was gone. However, every now and then I do get a little discomfort, like a burny. I dunno... maybe it is the remaining dead virus or maybe it is nothing to do with H. I guess on April 23rd we will find out. Other than that... nothing new to report. No tingles!!!

I am taking a few days off of work to relax and spend some time with a "friend" of mine who is coming into town on Friday. I am so nervous... but this time I do not have to lie about my cycle, because I am suppose to start today or tomorrow. LOL No need to lie this time... HAHA She is staying with me until Tuesday, so it ought to be an interesting next few days for me. Especially since I only have one bed in my condo. (innocent smile) Of course, she does not know that I have H. I am praying that on the 23rd I am H free and in this case there is no need to tell anyone.

That is it for today...

56 Days Post Resolve

Nothing new to report today, and still tingle-free!!!

I am considering testing on Monday, but I am still indecisive. April 23rd is my 90 days post Resolve, so I may wait it out. I will sleep on it this weekend, and if I decide to test, it will be on Monday.

I have a "friend" coming to stay with me next Friday, so it would be nice to know where I stand 56 days post Resolve. I dunno... maybe I will just wait. Decisions...

52 Days Post Resolve

Nothing new to report. I have not had any tingles since the last time that I posted an update. I am going to wait another week before testing again...

For those on Resolve... be careful, because this could happen to you. ROFLMAO

47 Days Post Resolve

I had a really good day today. I had no tingles today... crossing my fingers, my toes, my ummmm well I cannot cross that. I just need a week of no tingles and I will be very confident that Resolve worked for me.

Nothing else to report today... a very great day for me!!!

I want to answer a question that someone asked me:

Fighter, when you say you have the tingles, do they feel like the itchies? To me they are the same. I am just finishing up the resolve and am doing the extended treatment (still getting breakouts). Let me know. Thanks

My tingles do not feel like the itchies. When I was first infected, I got something that looked like a boil down below. Once the boil went away, I always had a tingle right where the boil was. That spot, well there were actually two boils, so those spots have always had a "constant" tingle. I know that some people state that the tingle comes and goes. Unfortunately, mine were constant. I never had any sores or bumps or anything, just a tingle on that spot. Sometimes the tingle would feel a little burny too.

Since this past Saturday, my tingle went from a constant tingle, to an off and on tingle. Like I said many posts ago, the tingle is very mild and does not affect me in any way. It is just extremely annoying. Today was my first FULL day of no tingles.

I do want to point out something... let me emphasize that I am not a doctor, so this is just my thought. I really believe that after finishing Resolve, you will experience mild symptoms. This is the dead virus clearing your body. (Goodness I sound like Resolve LOL) Try to not focus on the tingles because it will stress you out. Also, drink plenty of water. A tip that I just discovered is to get in the tub and run cold water on your tingly area. I have been doing this the past few days and it really seems to help. I try to not wear panties, unless I am going to work. I also poured ACV in a warm shallow bath and sat in it for 15 minutes. I read on some forum about ACV, so I figured I would give it a shot. If you are still getting sores and bumps, you may need an extension. I do believe that the tingles are clearing symptoms that are "suppose" to go away during the 90 day waiting period. (Crossing My Fingers)

I hope this answers your question. Good luck with Step 3... the poo-poo stage!!!

46 Days Post Resolve

Nothing new to report on my 46th day Post Resolve. The tingle is very minimal today. It comes and goes now. I guess that is better than the constant tingle. Some days I wake up and I am so excited that the tingle is gone, and then it tricks me. Wish I could put my boxing gloves on and battle it out in the ring with H. Currently, the tingle is gone... let's see if it comes back later today.

As I stated before, I want to test so bad right now, but I want to wait until I get a few days tingle free. I hope that the tingle completely goes away so that I can test by the end of the month (the latest). I know that I said that I will test 45 and 90 days post Resolve, but I believe there is no sense in getting my hopes up when the tingle still exists. I emailed Resolve yesterday to give them an update, and to see their thoughts on my tingle, and they still believe that it is the dead virus leaving my body. They do not recommend more treatment, and want me to give it a little more time for the tingle to go away. They did say that I could be cured now and if I want to take a blood test that I could, but they recommend me waiting a little longer before testing again. I will add something... I got a response from Resolve within an hour or two. They are always very polite and even told me that if I feel comfortable taking an extended detox, that they would send it my way, but they do not think that I need any additional minerals.

I am so eager to test NEGATIVE. This "friend" of mine, whom I am highly attracted to, is coming to stay at my place for a few nights. She flies to my location the end of this month, so I have been extremely nervous about the entire situation. I already know what will happen, and if I do not test NEGATIVE by the end of the month... I dunno what I am going to do. I guess I will have to use the "My Cycle" trick on her. BTW - We had an STD talk, and she was recently tested and has not had sex in a really long time, so I know that she is clean. How embarrassing talking about Chris Brown/Rihanna and Herpes, and yet I know that I have it myself. I guess I will leave it at that... how exciting it would be to test NEGATIVE right before she comes. Hmmmmmm OK, let me get my head back onto "work" things...

This is me as a baby (j/k of course)... LOL

40 Days Post Resolve

40 Days Post Resolve... the more days pass, the more afraid I become. My tingles went away for 3 days, but I can still feel where they were. I guess this means that they are not completely gone. Love, who recently tested Negative for HSV after 90 days post Resolve, woke up on her 41st day and her tingles were gone... they never came back. Tomorrow is my 41st day, so let me pray that my tingles are completely gone as well.

Other than the tingles, nothing new to report. I am working hard to get my immune system back to normal. Ever since being diagnosed with HSV2, I get sick easy. I am a huge germ-a-phob so I am always washing my hands and using hand sanitizer on top of the soap and water, but somehow I manage to get sick whenever a cold is going around in the office. As I stated in a previous post, I am taking a multi vitamin, Greens, and a Probiotic, but for a week straight I had stomach pains so I stopped taking them. I am going to start taking them again and see if it was that combination causing the pains, or if it was a coincidence. I must get my immune system stronger than ever...

Monday is my 45 day mark, but as long as the tingles remain, I will not test. I know that I said that I will test on my 45 day mark, but I do not want to test if the tingles still exist. Once they are gone for days at a time, I will test. I will then test again 90 days post Resolve.

I guess I will close this journal entry with saying that I had the STD talk with a girl that I am kind of seeing. I have not, and refuse, to let anyone touch me down below, but I want to continue dating. Some people may think that it is a waste of time, but for me I have faith that I will be cured very soon, and I guess I am staying on top of my game... just in case. I will not let H define me!!!

37 Days Post Resolve

I am approaching the 45 day mark. Two people on Resolve have tested NEGATIVE on their 45 day mark. I stated before starting Resolve that I would test before Resolve, after Step 3 of Resolve, 45 days post Resolve, and then 90 days post Resolve. If my tingles are completely gone, I will test on my 45th day, which is on March 9th.

Today my tingles are gone, but I can still feel where they were. I know that this may not make any sense, but it is difficult to describe.

So my first side affect of POST Resolve... as I stated during Step 3, I had severe diarrhea. Most days, I went up to 6 times a day. My booty truly felt uncomfortable during Step 3. Well, ever since Resolve, I have had a lot of discomfort there. I have always been a regular "pooper" and since Resolve, I continued to go at least 2 times a day. My butt has never been so uncomfortable since finishing Resolve. This is kind of embarrassing, but I wanted to make a note of it in my journal. In a nutshell, my butt has not healed since Resolve.

Which type are you? LOL

34 Days Post Resolve

I have been neglecting my journal...

Work is finally busy, and my personal life is filling up quick. It is hard to juggle my time... *evil smile

I have been doing well lately. The tingle comes and goes. I had the tingle yesterday, and today it went away. I know that LOVE, who tested NEGATIVE after using Resolve said that she had the tingles even after completing Resolve. She woke up on the 41st day and noticed that the tingles were gone... they never came back. I am praying that this is the case for me. I have several ladies lined up... but I do want to be clear that I have learned my lesson!!!

So, besides the occasional tingle, I am doing well. I do want to point something out, which may have nothing to do with Resolve. This week was my first period since Resolve. I had it the very last week of Resolve, but this is my first true period since. I had the worse cramps ever!!! I was so exhausted and moody 2 weeks before my period, and that lasted until the second day after I started. I have never experienced a period like that before. I hope this does not continue going forward.

If my tingle goes away for multiple days at a time, I will be testing on March 9th, which is 45 days post Resolve. I will then test again 90 days post Resolve, whether I test POSITIVE or NEGATIVE.

I hope everyone is doing well. I truly believe that Resolve will work if you have had HSV less than a year.

25 Days Post Resolve

Just stopping by to update my journal now that I am 25 days post Resolve. My tingly is gone!!! I can still feel where the tingle was, but it is not tingling anymore... if that makes any sense. I am hoping that in another week or so I will not be able to tell where the tingle once was. This is great news, because I had that continuous tingle for months. If you follow my journal you will know that I believe it was nerve damage where I was infected with HSV. I emailed Resolve about it and they believe the same thing.

The rash on my top lip must have been the Mango allergic reaction because it went away and I have not had any issues thus far. No more Mango's for me!!!

I feel great... No symptoms at all!!!

I want to mention that someone who tested 90 days post Resolve just took her blood test and she is now NEGATIVE... this is major news!!! I am so excited for her and now have hope. Here is her Pin in case your curious:

http://tstd.org/
Pin Number: 442192-9245558

I will continue to update my progress as necessary, or if anything new occurs. I will be taking a 45 day post Resolve test on March 9th, and then again 90 days post Resolve.

17 Days Post Resolve

Sorry that I have not posted in a while, I have been a little emotional the past few days dealing with having HSV2. I guess it never hit me until I tested POSITIVE again the other day. I know that the test was right after Step 3, but I guess I had a little faith that since my numbers were originally low that maybe it was a false positive.

Last week I had another rash on my top lip. This was the second time that I had this same rash on my top lip, and each time was after eating a Mango the night before. Techie did some research and I followed up with what she provided me with and it turns out that the Mango's skin is in the same family as Poison. I was highly allergic to Poison when I was little. I remember I had it so bad one time that I couldn't walk. I had it between my thighs and all over my forearms. After reading this article, and there are many others out there, I was surprised to know that I am allergic to the one fruit that I love. I never ate fresh Mango's before. I usually get it in a drink format. These two instances were the first time that I ever ate fresh Mangos. In brief, anyone allergic to poison should avoid Mangos. Here are two interesting articles if your curious:
http://www.silentrant.com/?p=138
http://the.honoluluadvertiser.com/article/2005/Aug/26/il/FP508260316.html

So besides the rash, and let me say that I am so happy that I know what is causing it, I am doing OK. I still have the minor tingle. I will say that each day the tingle fades. I really hope that this means that the nerve damage from the site of infection is being repaired, so Resolve told me.

I have started back with martial arts, and have been jogging a lot. I am trying to get my body back into shape and pray that Resolve cures me. As I stated earlier, I have been an emotional wreck lately, which is so not like me. It is so hard to try to not let H define me and live a normal life, but in reality, how can you date and try to live a normal life when you know that you cannot have sex with the person. It seems like a waste of time to me. I had to breakup with a really nice girl last night, I just met her and really started to like her, but she wanted to have sex and what am I suppose to do? I had to play the role of I want to wait until the right time. Well, sorry to say, some people find that rather annoying. I ended it with her because I do not want to deal with finding new excuses everyday.

Anyway, that is pretty much it for my updates. Just hoping the tingle goes away and my life returns to normal. I have truly grown up since having H...

7 Days Post Resolve

Well, my tests came back this morning... good news is that Resolve did not spread. I did not have HSV1 before Resolve, and I do not have HSV1 now. I was so worried about Resolve spreading H, especially after that rash on my lips. Also, I have been doing a lot of kissing lately, so I am relieved that I do not have HSV1.

The bad news is that I still have HSV2, which was expected. My numbers did not go over 5, which is good, I guess. We are still unsure of how the antibodies test works, so I guess that is good. I originally tested in October at 1.70 for HSV2, and today a week after Resolve my number is 2.41.

I feel a little depressed, but I expected that I would test Positive since it has only been a week post Resolve. I guess I had a little hope deep inside that I was cured already. I still have the tingle, and I am not sure if it is a damaged nerve... I hope Resolve is not a scam.

I will test again 45 days post Resolve.

5 Days Post Resolve

Anyone miss me? LOL

Well, nothing new to report. My body is beginning to adjust to no more Resolve. I still have a slight runny nose, but that could be because it is winter time. I still get slight headaches here and there, but nothing major. No more nausea, yeahhh!!!

I still have that tingle on the spot where I was infected with H. It never goes away, since I was infected. I think it is nerve damage, but I am not 100% sure. I never get any bumps or blisters or anything. When I was infected with H I got a boil. The only OB I ever had was then. I can see a little spot where the boil was. That spot is where I get a constant tingle. Wish I could fix that. Maybe I still have H and Resolve did not work, or maybe it is just nerve damage.

Other than that... nothing new to report. I do want to share my ironic experience today...

I decided to test this afternoon to see where my numbers are after completing Resolve. As I said a million time, I was just infected with HSV2 around July 08' and tested at 1.70. I am expecting my number to be > 5, but am curious what Resolve did to me. We are all still not 100% sure how the antibody test works, but all agree it will most likely be > 5. With this said, I never been to this test center before, but I know around about where it is located.

So, I arrive at the test center and my heart starts pounding.. how MF ironic, it is at the same place where the girl who infected me works at. The building is huge, but she works in the same building. For one, how ironic that I am testing for H and it is where she works... the girl who infected me. For two, what memories there, picking her up for lunch and stuff.

Moving on, so it gets even more uncomfortable for me. When I scheduled the appointment with tstd you have to give a name, but it can be any name. So, Fighter decided... let me use that ^#%&%#*&@ name since she infected me. Oh yes, I get in the building and give her my ex g/f's name who works in the same building. My heart is pounding as I hope that the lady does not know my ex g/f. LOL So the lady says wow that is a really pretty name. I am thinking errrrr just test me dammit. I hate the girl who infected me, so shut up with telling me how pretty her name is. Then she goes on to tell me she is 4 months pregnant and is going to name her baby the same name. ROFLMAO

OK, so I test... yes Techie I tested dammit!!! As I finish testing I run out of the building making sure I do not run into my ex g/f. If I did, I dunno what I would do. Much anger!!!

So, I am driving to work, and I have so many projects due, so I do not have time for anything but to get to work. Someone above was trying to tell me something today... yes, some *&*&%$ runs a red light and hits me. Luckily I was paying attention and slammed my breaks on and only tapped her. If I wasn't paying attention, texting like I always do usually, I would have hit her going 40mph. Fighter in the hospital!!! I am OK, and my car only has minor scratches, but how ironic is all I can say.

I guess my results will be back Friday, Monday the latest. Let's see what Resolve has done to me... 1.70 to > 5. Let's get some gambling going here. HAHA

Step 3 Day 4 of 4-Day Extension

Yes, you read it right... I just took my FINAL dose of Resolve!!!

I have no more symptoms, but let me mention that I do still have a slight tingle/burn feeling down below. I think I have figured out what it is... thanks to my people in the Hub (techie for one). Well when you detox, your body can release the good bacteria as well as the bad. With this said, you have a chance on getting a yeast infection. When someone does an intense detox, like Resolve, they should consider a Probiotic. I went to Whole Foods after work yesterday and spoke to the guy who works there about it. I told him I am doing a detox and so on and he knew right away what I was talking about and referred a good Probiotic. The kind that I am using is called:

Probiotic Acidophilus by American Health (Blueberry Flavor)

This Probiotic is what someone would use who has Bacteria Vaginosis, which is caused by more bad bacterias than good. When diagnosed in July 08' with HSV2, I was also told that I had that. This Probiotic is like yogurt and has 20 billion organisms per dose (2 tablespoons).

I have taken this last night after dinner, this morning after breakfast, and after dinner tonight. So far I have noticed a big difference. I will continue on for another week just to get my body functioning normally again.

So to sum Step 3 up, here are the symptoms that I had:

1. Severe Diarrhea (up to 6 times per day)
2. Runny nose
3. Extreme nausea
4. Headaches (the first day was the worse headache of my life)
5. Stomach pain (often it would last the entire day)
6. Rash on my top lip (this could have been any toxin or virus leaving my body, or due to the large quantity of mango's that I ate the night before)
7. Bloated (my stomach is like a fat balloon the entire Resolve process)

That is a wrap for Step 3. I am going to test next Tuesday to see what my numbers look like. I will then test again 45 and 90 days from today. Tomorrow I am going to take the day to relax and then will go party at night, that is if I am feeling better. I cannot wait to have a beer again. Step 3 was so bad on my stomach that I have not had a beer at all, and that includes when I was at the bar watching my Eagles play.

I will continue to post updates post Resolve.

I AM DONE WITH RESOLVE... PER RESOLVE, AFTER STEP 3 YOU ARE HERPES FREE... I CANNOT WAIT TO HAVE SEX TOMORROW!!! OK, I AM JUST KIDDING, BUT I WISH. NO MORE HUGE BREAKFAST MEALS AND THAT SICK NAUSEOUS FEELING AFTER TAKING MY MORNING DOSE. WOOHOOOOO I AM HERPES FREE... WELL AT LEAST A WOMAN CAN DREAM!!!

Need one of these...

Step 3 Day 2 of 4-Day Extension

Yes you read the title correct... I am doing the 4 day extension. Let me say that I am doing really well. Yesterday I started the 4 day extension and felt a little nauseous, but not as bad as over the weekend. Today, which is day 2 of the 4 day extension, I feel great. My butt even got a break today. I think all of the toxins and virus is out of my body because I only went 2 times today, versus 4-6 prior to today.

My nauseous is gone, and I feel pretty good. I am still really tired though, but that should change once I finish Resolve.

I do want to add that I still have the burny/tingly down below. Someone posted in the Hub today that it could be the minerals killing all of the good bacteria and causing a yeast infection. I sat and thought about it, and I really think this could be what it is. Like I said before, I have no bumps or anything. Someone suggested that I take a green drink and Acidophiles pills. I am going to buy some tomorrow and try it out. Once I buy it, I will post the brand and so forth.

Yesterday I purchased my HSV test from tstd. I am going to get tested next Tuesday the 27th to see where my numbers are. Here is the link and the pin# for my results:

http://www.tstd.org
PIN: 734302-6808860

Lastly, let me paste what I posted in the Hub, which will be more technical with what I said yesterday about my area down south shrinking:

OK, let me get technical here. When I first got H, I got a boil on my Labia Minora. That is how I knew that she gave me something. I know right where I was infected, and still to this day I can see the little spot where I was infected. Look at the diagram in this photo:

http://www.vacadsci.org/jsr/Fexter.jpg

Sunday my Labia Minora is what shrunk.

That is pretty much it for today. Two more days...

Monday, January 19, 2009

Step 3 Day 14

How upsetting... today was suppose to be my last day on Resolve, and Resolve recommend the 4 day extension. So, another 4 days for me.

Let me post a quick update for yesterday. Yesterday I had the second worse day while on Resolve. After taking my 14 drops at 5ml, I got so sick. I felt extremely nauseous ALL day. Usually it goes away, but not yesterday. The sick feeling lasted all day. It doesn't help that the Eagles loss!!!

Today I feel a lot better, but my stomach still feels sick. I took 16 drops at 5ml today. I still have some minor discomfort down below, but again, no bumps or anything. Not sure what that means, but it has been there since the end of Step 2. My lip is slowly healing. I really think that it is some kind of allergic reaction, or a reaction to something that I am getting to much of. My top lip itches, like an allergic reaction, but it does seem to be going away.

My nose still runs...

I often get these sharp pains in my stomach. I am not sure WTF is up with that, but it is throughout the day. This started yesterday when I started my 14 drops.

I do want to mention one huge change yesterday, well at least it is huge for me... this may sound gross or whatever, but yesterday morning when I went to take a shower, I started to wash down below. Well, I noticed that my area down below seemed like it shrunk. LOL Gosh this sounds so gross, but it was strange. I am a female, and everything looks normal down below, but yesterday morning it is like it shrunk. I wonder what Resolve does to guys!!! LOL But seriously, today it is the same... I was like where is my stuff... where is it hiding... hello, come out come out wherever you are. OK, I am gross I know, but that is a little strange. I wanted to add this to my journal because it could mean something later. Like perhaps I had Herpes (Genital) and now it is gone, so it shrunk. The virus has been removed from my area down south.

Anyway, enough of the nasty talk. I think that was something important to add to my journal. Boy, I hope none of my girlfriends ever read this...

4 More Days!!!

Saturday, January 17, 2009

Step 3 Day 12

My lip looks worse today. It looks like a damn diaper rash on my top lip. It even spread to the right side of my top lip. I really pray that this is not Herpes because I only have HSV2...

This morning and this evening I soaked my lips in some hot salt water. It really seems to help, but it has not gone away yet. It is not that noticeable to others, so if it stays like this, then I can handle it. I am just nervous it will get worse and become some huge massive crusty mess on my lips... how attractive!!! I also bought some stuff for a cold sore that you apply only one time, so I will put that on tonight and see how it looks in the morning.

My tingly is so mild that I forget it is there most of the day. No bumps or blisters or anything gross, just a slight tingle down below that has been there since Step 2.

I canceled my date tonight because I am so self conscious with my lip. That is all I need is for my date to sit there and stare at it all night. How MF embarrassing!!!

I have been debating on whether or not to take the 4 day extension. I know in the back of my mind that I would like to know that I did everything possible to rid myself from this virus, on the other hand, I still get very nauseous with my morning dose. I cannot explain how sick I feel after taking my morning dose. Also going 4-6 times a day is really taking a toll on me. I am so scared of what other symptoms will occur as the dose increases with the 4 day extension. So I decided to email Resolve and see what they say. I will update my Journal tomorrow with what they recommend. I really hope that I do not have to do the 4 day extension, but if they suggest it, I will do whatever possible to become H-Free!

Off to get some rest now...

Friday, January 16, 2009

Step 3 Day 11

My lip still has those tiny little bumps and feels slightly bigger today. It is located where your two lips touch when you close your mouth... right there on my top lip. I went to Whole Foods today and bought some Oil of Oregano. I heard if you put that on your lip, using a Qtip, it would go away pretty fast. More to come on the fat lip issue!!!

I increased to 12 drops at 5ml today and boy did I feel it this morning. I felt extremely nauseous and had a slight headache. I had to sit down for a moment because I was extremely sick... yes of course nothing like the first day of Step 3, but enough to make me sit down for a moment. I ate a few crackers and a Grande coffee with an extra shot of espresso. That helped within 20 minutes or so.

So far today I went to the bathroom 4 times. I need to remind myself to stay hydrated because that sore on my lip could mean that I am dehydrated.

I still have the tingly down below. Not sure why that won't go away, or if it ever will. It could be nerve damage???

My nose is still runny...

Let me end on one positive note here... after work I get this burst of energy. I feel really good and energized. I am sure all the toxins that I have released are making my body feel really good. If Resolve is a scam, it surely is a damn good detox.

Tomorrow I remain at 12 drops, so usually the second day is much better.

3 Days Remain!!! I am considering the 4 day extension.

Thursday, January 15, 2009

Step 3 Day 10

Let me post a quick update for yesterday and today.

Yesterday I increased my dose to 10 drops and let me say... I went to the restroom 5 times. Other than that, nothing new to report.

Today I remained on 10 drops and only went twice thus far. I have noticed that on my top lip, on the inside but close to the outside, I have several little tiny bumps. I have never had any sores or anything on my lips, EVER. I only have HSV2, so I am really nervous as to why I have these. I hope that Resolve did not spread this to my lips...

I still have the very slight tingly feeling down below. It has been constant since the end of Step 2. I am not sure why I still have that tingly down below. It is not painful, nor are there any bumps or anything, just a slight little tingle. I have read somewhere that the virus infection site, where the virus enters your body, creates nerve damage on that spot. The tingly is always on that same little spot, so I believe that this is true. The article said that the feeling never goes away because it is the nerve damaged. I wish I could find where I read that because I have been telling people about that, but yet to find them the article that states this.

Anyway, that is all for my updates. Tomorrow I start 12 drops and look forward to lots of "movement." If the tingly remains, I may go ahead and do the 4 day extension just to be safe.

4 More Days... YAHOOOOO!!!!!!!

Tuesday, January 13, 2009

Step 3 Day 8

Wait a second... does that say Step 3 Day 8 in the title? Hell MF yes it does... I only have 6 more days left of this crap (yes literally).

Let me state that yesterday I went to the bathroom 6 times. Today, I am on my second day of 8 drops at 3ml and thus far only went 3 times. I think the first day of increasing my dose is when I get weird symptoms. Tomorrow I increase my dose to 10 drops at 5ml. I am anticipating a lot of movement tomorrow with the dose increase.

For those who may not be taking Resolve, let me explain how I mix step 3. First I use a glass, nothing is allowed except glass, and squirt 8 drops in the glass. There is a second solution in which I add 3ml to the glass. I swish the mixture in the glass and let it sit for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, I use Martinelli's Apple Juice. You must only use an all natural, no vitamin C added, juice to the mixture. I swish the concoction and down it. I then chase it with a glass of water. The mixture smells like a swimming pool. It taste like I am drinking bleach mixed with my Apple Juice. It is horrible, but I do not think about it when I take it. I hold my breath and chug it and chase it with a glass of water. It is really no big deal for me, but others complain about the taste.

My symptoms as of today are:

1. Runny Nose (yes, my runny nose is back)
2. Diarrhea
3. Tingly still exist down below
4. Very mild backache and neck pain

I can tell that I am getting immune to Step 3 because each day I feel a little better. My breakouts look great! My ear is doing fine... no more pain. My bloated stomach is almost back to normal. This is probably because everything is running right through me.

Let me state, for those who may have missed it in a previous post, I am finished Resolve on January 20th. I am going to test on January 21st to see where my numbers are after completing Resolve. I have followed the treatment to a T. I have only had HSV 2 since around July 08 and my numbers were really low, 1.70. I never have outbreaks, just a little tingly down below. I think that many people have different strains of the virus and need different strengths of Resolve, or extended doses. I will then take my 90 day post Resolve test as well. I truly believe that Resolve will cure me, but only time will tell.

That is pretty much it for today's update. Six more days...

Step 3 Day 6

Nothing new to report this evening...

My ear is not clogged anymore, but the slight pain still exists. It seems to be healing just fine.

My face is still looking good...

This morning after my first dose I hit the nasty "runny" stage that everyone speaks of. That was the first time that I had to go so quickly since being on Step 3. My second dose I did not have to go at all.

My nose is still runny. My headaches, backaches, and the tingly are all very mild. A big improvement for sure...

That is pretty much it for this weekends update.

GO E-A-G-L-E-S!!!

Step 3 Day 4

Today was a lot better than the first 3 days of Step 3.

My ear was still clogged this morning and had the same slight pain running from my ear down my neck. I decided to pour some peroxide in my ear and tilted my head to the side for around 5 minutes. The bubbling was really loud! I then took my blow dryer and let the warm air dry my ear canal. I then put more of the warm Garlic oil and a cotton ball in my ear. Around lunch time I removed the cotton ball and my ear was still clogged, and still had the slight pain. I decided to take a nasal decongestant. Around 30 minutes later my ear popped. I could hear again, but it was not 100% clear. I decided to leave the cotton ball out and let my ear air out.

Around 5pm I took a second dose of decongestant. My ear is still unclogged, but the slight pain still remains. I think this is a great sign though. I am going to do the peroxide, blow dryer, and oil treatment again tonight before bed. I am hoping that I will be good to go tomorrow. Saturday night is club night, so I hope the pain goes away.

Besides my ear, today I have been a little itchy down below. I am assuming that this is what is expected while clearing.

My nose still runs and my back hurts. However, my headache is very mild and there is no more nausea.

I have been curious as to why I have not hit the poop stage like others claim that step 3 is all about. I have used the restroom as I normally have since on step 3, so that kind of had me wondering why I am not pooping like everyone else. I never had a poop problem, so I am assuming that since I am normal, that the toxins and virus will come out with my normal poop.

Then tonight I took my second dose of 4 drops at 1ml and I immediately had to go. I know this sounds gross, but it was really fowl smelling. I am glad that I was not at work, or had any company over. LMAO

My face is back to normal. Wow, it looks really good again and I am so happy and confident again. There are two spots that scarred, but hopefully they will fade. My chest looks great, but my back still has a few red bumps. One of my g/f's gave me a massage last night and was asking me why my back is broken out. I just told her it was the detox. She doesn't know that I have HSV2, she just knows that I am doing a detox.

Tomorrow I start 6 drops at 3ml. I am a little worried with my ear infection. I am not sure if it is severe congestion causing the ear infection since the pills are helping. I am curious to see how increasing the doses will affect my ear. It is slowly healing so I really hope that it doesn't trigger more pain as the dosage increases.

So, my ear is the only major side affect right now. The aches and the itchy down below are mild, so I can deal with that, but the ear... ughhhh!!!

38 Days Down, 10 more to go...

Step 3 Day 3 - Dose 1

My headache is not as bad as the first two days. Coffee really helps!!!

As I stated yesterday, I went to Whole Foods and bought some egg whites, feta, and pico de gallo and made a yummie omelet this morning with some whole grain toast and a piece of chicken apple sausage. I will tell you one thing... I know that I have gained a few pounds while on Resolve. I do not typically eat like this, but it made my nauseousness go away today.

The bad news is that my ear hurts really bad. I never had an ear infection, well maybe when I was really young I did.

To provide an update to that oil that I bought from Whole Foods... When I woke up this morning my ear was not clogged, but once I went outside and walked my dog, it clogged back up. I used it again this morning, and let me tell you... I smell like garlic!!! I am Italian, so I guess it is normal. LOL

Anyway, the pain is traveling down my neck and is making it feel like my tooth hurts. I think I have an ear infection, and I hope this sh@t goes away soon!!!

My face is looking really good again, and my chest has cleared up. My back still has some red bumps, but it is slowly clearing.

I have been drinking so much water that I may die of a water overdose. My little stomach is so swollen...

Step 3 Day 2 - Dose 2

What a day... I am only on Day 2 of Step 3 and I am a little worried. I am a fighter, hence the name that I use. However, this is not looking good for me. I thought Step 3 was suppose to be the easy Step. The step that clears out the remaining virus. Well, let me say that this is the WORSE step of the three.

Today was a little better than yesterday, as far as the headaches go. When I woke up this morning, my ear was clogged. The same feeling when you get water in your ear. When I walked outside to walk my dog this morning, my ear unclogged. As soon as I went back into the house, it clogged again. It remained clogged all day!!! If I got a dollar for each time that I said "What did you say" I would have enough to buy that new $300 jacket that I want. =)

So when I went home today, I immediately put a few drops of peroxide in my ear and let it sit for a moment. I then massaged my ear with a cotton ball to rub the peroxide in. I took my blow dryer and let warm heat dry my ear canal. My ear suddenly popped. It actually made me jump because it was loud and it hurt a little bit. Anyway, I was really excited. As soon as I stepped outside it clogged again. Errrrr

So I went to Whole Foods today and bought some egg whites, pico de gallo, and feta cheese. I am going to make an omelet tomorrow morning for breakfast before taking my first Gross, I mean Dose. =) I hate cooking... but it helped with my nauseous feeling today, so I guess I will cook for the next 12 days. That is usually what my woman does, but since it is just me... I will be Betty Crocker for a few.

I also bought this all natural oil for my ear. It is called Mellein Garlic. It contains Calendula flower, St. John's Wort flower, Mullein flower, and Garlic bulb. You warm the oil up and use 1-3 drops per dose. I warmed it up and used 3 drops and tilted my ear so it could drain inside. I then stuck a cotton ball in my ear.

I have slight pain in my ear and it is traveling to my neck, making it feel like I have a tooth ache. I really hope this stuff works.

My headache was not as bad as yesterday, and my nausea was alleviated by eating that huge breakfast.

So I bought a bunch of veggies from Whole Foods for dinner. Their hot food bar is really good... I got home and ate my dinner and drank a bunch of water. I then took my second dose, and so far so good. A slight headache and nausea, ear pain, and back and neck pain. What else could I ask for...

Tomorrow I increase my dose. I am so scared of the symptoms that I will encounter. Resolve has been a breeze for me, so this was truly unexpected. I am a fighter, so I am sure that I will deal with whatever comes along.

Off to bed early since I feel like shit. I guess I will cancel my dates that I setup for Thursday and Saturday. I can only imagine what the increased doses are going to do to me...

Step 3 Day 2 - Dose 1

Update after my 2nd dose yesterday... I had the headache all day yesterday, but after the venti coffee it was not as bad. I ate a large dinner, which is not typical of me, and then took my second dose. I did not get the massive headache, but the slight headache that I had all day remained. Also, my back and neck continued aching all night.

Today I woke up and still had the slight headache. I took my first dose the same way, with an English Muffin and Apple Juice. I know Kim from the Hub said to try with water, but I know Love from the Hub used Apple Juice and she was fine. So I wanted to see if it was the Apple Juice or if the massive headache was from being my first day on Step 3. I did not get the massive headache, but I did feel really nauseous and the slight headache remained.

I have been drinking so much water that I look pregnant!!! It is hard for me to consume so much water being so small. Anyway, I drank a lot more water today than yesterday. Also, I decided to go get a large breakfast, egg white omelet with spinach, feta, and tomatoes, and that helped out with some of the nauseous that I had. I am going to get fat... also I went and got another venti coffee with a shot of Espresso, and that helped loosen the headache.

So as of now, I have a slight headache, nauseous, and my back and neck ache.

Focusing on the positive, my chest, back, and face are clearing up. The breakouts are almost completely gone this morning. Also, my tingly is very slight, which was really aggravating prior to Step 3.

Oh yeah... one more thing... my left ear is totally clogged. It has been clogged since I woke up. It feels like I got water in my ear. hmmmm I wonder if anyone else got this while on Resolve?

Work is a nightmare, so... back to work!!!

Step 3 Day 1 - Dose 2

I am alive!!! I never had a headache like that before. It lasted all day, but it broke after I drank a venti coffee with a shot of espresso. It still hurt after the coffee, but at least I could go to work and finish my projects that were due.

I just took my second dose after I ate dinner. I am gaining weight eating all these damn meals. I do not eat much and since Resolve, I have to eat 2-3 meals a day. I usually have a muffin and coffee, or something light for breakfast, and then a large late lunch.

Anyway, I await the migraine from hell. Let's see how long before it kicks in this time... hopefully it won't be as bad as the one this morning.

So my symptoms today are: migraine from hell, runny nose, nauseousness, back and neck pain, and very bloated.

Note - The tingly down below is almost gone.

There are two other hubs, thank goodness for copy paste. =)

Off to bed...

Step 3 Day 1 - Dose 1

I took my first dose of Step 3 and I am not sure what to think... my head is going to explode!!! It has been 2 hours since I took it and all I can think of is my head literally exploding, like a Quentin Tarantino movie. I can barely open my eyes because it hurts, and I feel so nauseous. This is only day 1... WTF is this doing to me? hmmmm

I will post again later... I cannot look at the computer screen. I never get headaches like this. I have three projects due today so I cannot miss work. Not sure what to do...

BTW - I mixed two drops with 1ml and used 1/4 cup of All Natural, nothing added, Apple Juice. I ate an english muffin with butter before taking my dose. Not sure if I ate enough or if it is just my body fighting the virus....

Day of Rest

Wow... that must be why they call it a day of rest... I feel like I got ran over by a bus. Let me say, that bus driver was an angry b@tch!!! I feel so tired today and my back hurts really bad. I kind of feel drugged. I must be going through withdrawals or something. Let me apologize now if I have typos... I cannot keep my eyes open.

I am finished with Step 2 and boy am I one happy chic. Those stomach pains were not nice, but I tolerated them with no problem.

My face is still a little red, but no large bumps anymore. I cannot wait until my face is the way it was before Resolve. My chest and back are still a little broken out, but not as bad. They seem to be finally clearing.

The symptoms that I still have are:

1. Bloated
2. Minor blemishes (face, scalp, back and chest) but are finally clearing
3. Backache
4. Tingly down below (this has gotten a little better since Saturday)
5. Runny Nose (not as bad anymore)
6. Tired

That is pretty much it for Step 2. I am going to try to get to bed early tonight. I am really busy at work and I have to leave at 5pm to get my tattoo finished.

Step 3 begins tomorrow morning... I hope I do not have to use the bathroom as much as others said. How embarrassing... poo-poo at work!!! GROSS

I am going to take Step 3 with water. I want the full strength to knock this virus out of me. Off to try and get some rest.

Step 2 Day 6

I have been really busy with work the past few days, so I made sure to take a few minutes today and post my updates.

Honestly, Step 2 has been the same the entire time. I mean minutes after taking Step 2 pills, my stomach cramps up. It hurts bad, but I deal with it. My face is still broken out, but not as bad as Step 1. My back, scalp, and chest are also still broken out. Also, as I stated at the end of Step 1, I had the tingly/burny feeling occur... well it is still there. It is really faint, so it is not to bad, but it bothers me.

I have some bad news today... I had sex. This girl has been coming on to me so hard and I have been doing really well pushing her off and trying to wait until cured. However, today she came over and I could not stop it. The good thing is that I have HSV 2 only, so I did not let her touch anywhere near my section below. I lied and said I had my period, so I got to do everything that she was begging for... She was just tested for all STD's, so I know that she is clean.

I guess I will have some haters now...

Tomorrow is my last day on Step 2 and then I start Step 3 on Tuesday. I finish Resolve on January 20th, so I am going to test to see where my numbers are on the 21st. Hey, you never know, I may have a miracle. My numbers for HSV 2 were so low, 1.70, so maybe this will work. I am not getting my hopes up, just curious. I will test again after my 90 post Resolve.

I must tend to my company now...
